Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

All sales of digital products (e.g., content templates, guides, downloadable resources) are final. Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of these products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless:

  • The product is defective or inaccessible due to a technical issue on our end.

  • You were charged in error.

If you encounter a problem with a digital product, please email us within 7 days of purchase at [insert email address], and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

2. Services (Strategy, Consulting, Branding, Content Creation)

We invest time and resources into every project we take on. As such, service-based purchases (e.g., social media management, content creation packages, strategy sessions) are non-refundable once work has begun or sessions have been delivered.

However, we may offer partial or full refunds at our discretion in the event of:

  • Service cancellation before any work has commenced

  • A project delay or failure on our part

  • A mutual agreement that the project scope has materially changed

Requests must be made in writing within 14 days of payment.

3. Workshops, Events, and Consultations

For live sessions, workshops, or consultations:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a reschedule or credit toward a future service.

  • Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

Your full name and email used at purchase

Order number or invoice

Reason for the refund request

We aim to review and respond within 3–5 business days.

5. Chargebacks

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your purchase, please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly.

6. Modifications to This Policy

bloom-In reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
